These terms apply to your use of majestichallcle.com, the website of Majestic Hall, an event venue at 3000 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio. By using the site you agree to them.
Enquiries are not bookings
Submitting the enquiry form, requesting a tour, or exchanging emails with us does not reserve a date and does not create a booking. A date is only held once we have confirmed it with you in writing and any agreed deposit and signed rental agreement are in place. Until then, dates remain available to other clients.
Information on this site
We aim to keep details about the venue, its capacity, and its facilities accurate and current. Descriptions, photographs, and availability are provided for general guidance and may change. Photographs show past events and may include decor, furnishings, and equipment that are not part of the standard rental. Please confirm anything you are relying on with us directly before making arrangements.
Use of the site
You may browse the site and contact us through it for genuine enquiries. Please do not use it to send unsolicited advertising, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, to interfere with its operation, or to collect information from it by automated means without our permission.
Intellectual property
The name Majestic Hall, together with the text, photographs, and design of this site, belong to us or are used with permission. You may not reproduce them for commercial purposes without our written consent. Logos and names of our catering partners belong to those businesses.

This site links to the websites of our catering partners and to third party services. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their practices. Their own terms and privacy policies will apply when you visit them.
Availability of the site
We aim to keep the site available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend, or withdraw any part of it without notice.
